Please note 48 Hours notice is required for all cancellations, otherwise you forfeit the initial deposit for your appointment. Any cancellations done in less than 48 should be made by calling us on 613-241-6565 and also attracts penalties. You can also reschedule, cancel your appointment online as long as it is more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Your deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel more than 72 hours to your appointment, or if your are able to find a replacement for your allotted time, as long as the style is the same or takes less time to do the new style for the new client. Note that all cancellations attract a 5% administrative fee. Please allow 5-10 business days to process refund.

All human hair extensions, closures, braiding hair and crochet hair must be paid for in full at time of purchase or ordering. Same also applies to beauty products. All sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned as long as item has been picked up by client. Otherwise, the item can be switched with another item of equivalent value.
Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers may be used for product and services at any point in time. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your gift voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher handed to the stylist at the start of your appointment. You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one appointment. Late cancellation and "failure to show" terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers.
We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.
We now accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners club and JCB cards are now accepted. However, other methods of payment are currently being reviewed and will be accepted in the near future. Please have the balance available in cash on the day of your appointment. No coins allowed (except when used to complete exact amount).
Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
